Registration

Please note that the ISTP2025 is by invitation only and the registration is open to invited countries.

You may register the official delegation and observers via the link here. Each participating country should only submit one single registration for the entire delegation. Each delegation should indicate a primary point of contact (POC) during registration. All updates and requests from the organising team will be communicated to the POC. Any changes regarding the registration should be communicated to istp2025@komum.is.

Before you start to register your delegation kindly read information below;

Following information is needed for all delegates:

• Full name
• Role in delegation
• Job title
• Individual e-mail address
• Dietary requirements – if any
• Will the attendee attend the pre–summit
• Will the attendee take part in the school visits
• Hotel booking – dates

Hotel can be booked for the delegation through the registration form. Rooms are available in the registration form is from March 23 to March 27. Additional nights can be arranged via istp2025@komum.is.

The Icelandic Government will cover accommodation for up to three nights for Head of Delegation (HoD) and +1 at the Parliament Hotel. It is up to the country to decide the + 1. Hotel for HoD and +1 is to be booked through the registration form.
